Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution. Patriot Craftsmen is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.
