Products & Handmade Items

All Patriot Craftsmen products are handcrafted and may contain natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and appearance. These variations are part of the uniqueness and character of handmade products.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Payments

Payment is required before orders are completed or shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to package all items carefully and ship orders in a timely manner. Patriot Craftsmen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as intended. Patriot Craftsmen is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.
